Transition from primary to secondary school is a special time. It marks the significant move from a small school setting to a much larger one. At Rushcliffe School, we recognise that this is an exciting time but also one that can cause a degree of anxiety for both child and parents/carers. Our transition processes are designed to support pupils’ personal and academic development, ensuring that they settle into Rushcliffe School quickly and thrive once here.
Year 6 Open Evening
This event takes place in September each year. It is an opportunity for prospective parents and pupils to visit the school, look around, meet the staff and hear about what Rushcliffe School has to offer.
The next open evening is scheduled to take place on Thursday 24th September 2020. However, covid-19 restrictions may mean the event cannot proceed as planned.
