What do our Students Do Next?
Careers and progression post 18
The vast majority of our sixth form students choose to go to university on leaving Rushcliffe School. We support students through the application process which begins with advice and guidance on choosing the right course and university and to navigating the UCAS process and writing a Personal Statement. Some of our students opt to take a gap year, some secure apprenticeships or go directly into employment. Whichever path they choose, students will be able to draw on the breadth of expertise offered by their Form Tutors, Learning Mentor, Heads of Year, Careers Advisor and Head of Sixth Form.
